BARRE FUSION
This is not your typical barre class. Barre Fusion is Pilates Evolved-a dynamic blend of high-energy cardio, strength training, and functional stretching designed to promote a long, lean, and flexible physique. Whether you’re a seasoned runner, a dedicated yoga or PIlates practitioner, or simply looking for a safe and effective way to improve overall fitness, this class offers a balanced and energizing workout. Move with purpose, sculpt with precision, and enjoy the rhythm of motivating music as you strengthen and restore your body.
CLASSIC HATHA
Step back into your breath, your body, and your center with Classic Hatha-a grounding practice rooted in traditional postures and mindful movement. THis back-to-basics class offers steady pace and purposeful sequencing, always incorporating deep hip openers like Pigeon Pose to help release stored tension and emotional baggage from the week. Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and ready to move into the weekend with renewed energy and a calm, open heart.
FUNCTIONAL YOGA
This practice strengthens the essential attributes of the human body that supports effortless movement in daily life. It is designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance-helping you move through both necessary tasks and the activities you love with greater ease and comfort. Breath-work is an integral part of each session, promoting nervous system regulation and optimal oxygenation for overall well-being. Each class follows a unique weekly focus, ensuring every area of the body gets the attention it deserves. GENTLE SLOW FLOW
A mindful vinyasa-style class that offers overall conditioning through gentle strengthening, fluid breath, and easeful movement. This slower-paced flow supports all levels, with accessible transitions, optional variations, and a strong emphasis on stretching and balance-not just balancing on one foot, but bringing balance to the whole body. Leave feeling centered, refreshed, and gently reconnected to your body and breath.
KUNDALINI FLOW
Awaken your energy and nourish your spirit in Kundalini Flow-a revitalizing practice that blends movement, breath, and meditation to cultivate inner strength, flexibility, and balance. Each class begins with energizing breath-work and grounding standing postures, followed by dynamic mat exercises, deep relaxation, and guided meditation. This thoughtfully sequenced experience promotes a calm body, a quiet mind, and a lifted spirit. Rooted in traditional Kundalini Yoga, this class offers a supportive space to reconnect, recharge, and realign from the inside out.
NEW DAY REBOOT
Begin your day with clarity, intention, and presence. New Day Reboot is a breath-centered practice designed to cultivate mental clarity and physical openness. Through mindful movement and intentional posture-holds, this class encourages deep awareness of the breath as a tool for grounding and transformation. This time provides space to discover the fullest expression of a pose. Start your day feeling refreshed, balanced, and aligned.
PROP PILATES
Start your morning strong with this energizing Pilates class that blends classic mat work with fun and functional props like the magic ring, resistance bands, balls, blocks, and light dumbbells. Each exercise is taught in layers, offering options for all fitness levels-whether you’re building a foundation or ready to level up. Expect creative movement, a supportive vibe, and upbeat music to keep you moving and motivated.
RESTORATIVE WITH SOUND MEDITATION
A deeply nourishing and gentle yoga experience designed to promote relaxation, inner stillness, and rejuvenation. This slower-paced class uses supportive props to comfortably hold the body in restful postures while incorporating the meditative elements of sound. Soothing tones and vibrations from instruments like chimes, kenari nuts, and tuning forks help quiet the mind and restore balance. This is a time for intentional rest, self-care, and mindful presence-allowing both body and mind to unwind fully.
VINYASA
