Yoga Sculpt with Weights

A class that incorporates hand weights and cardio bursts for maximum calorie burning effect, hand weights add new challenges to traditional yoga. This class will get your heart pumping and blood flowing.

Barre

The unique combination of high-energy cardio, strengthening and stretching results in a long, lean flexible body. Whether you are an avid runner, Pilates or Yoga practitioner or just looking for a way to get in shape, BarSculpt is an effective and safe workout.

Restorative Yin Yoga

This class is designed to create flexibility at a deeper level of your musculoskeletal anatomy.  By holding poses for longer periods of time, with support, you are able to release stiffness in the connective tissue such as ligaments, tendons, and throughout the interconnection of your fascia system.  You will use a variety of props to create support for each pose while working with various breathing techniques. Gentle adjustments are suggested to insure maximum benefit.

Athletic Vinyasa

This is a class designed for athletes who want musculature conditioning in order to improve performance and help prevent injury. It is also for anyone interested in developing flexibility, stability balance and strength for overall health and wellbeing. Each week will focus on working different areas of the body. Anatomical correctness and good form is emphasized throughout the practice in conjunction with different breathing techniques. 

Kundalini Flow

Creates a haven for everyone seeking a nurturing experience to enhance strength, flexibility, balance, a relaxed body and quiet mind. Classes begin with breathwork, standing and balancing postures. We move to the mat exercises, relaxation and meditation. Kundalini Flow is a wonderful class for all levels. Beginners welcome! A traditional Kundalini Yoga class designed to promote inner and outer strength and flexibility.

HIIT Pilates

This class combines strength and flexibility-based exercises from Pilates with the low and high intensity interval format of HIIT.  Centered around using your bodyweight, these exercises improve muscular imbalances and build strength, flexibility, and stability.

Slow Flow

In this slow flowing vinyasa-styled class, you will move through a rhythmic combination of poses which are linked by various breathing techniques.  You will pause in each asana and focus on alignment and proper form.  This class integrates mind, body and breath. 

Whole Body Yoga

 This class integrates mind, body and breath.Suitable for beginning students as well as experienced students. Develop body awareness, learn basic postures, and proper alignment.  The class starts with a breathing meditation, which helps focus the mind and calm the nervous system, followed by a gentle warm-up.  Afterwards, you are positioned into various supported restorative poses.  Once in the pose, your job is to focus on your breath and consciously let go of any tension your body might be holding on to.

Pilates

This class is great for strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility.  We will focus on balancing all muscle groups strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement.

Zen Strength

Add an extra element of power, stamina and body awareness to your traditional yoga class.  If you’re looking for a way to build strength and stay flexible, this is the class for you. 

Power Energy Flow

For all levels of experience, this class will raise your heart rate while incorporating balance, stretching and a brief meditation.  Enjoy a traditionally based Vinyasa, with a slightly modern twist.

Core Fit Pilates Fusion

We created this class to strengthen the powerhouse of your body- your CORE!  Core fit is a fusion of traditional Pilates mat exercise, yoga and calisthenics.  You will be guided to execute each exercise with control, while using your breath to build stamina, effectively maximizing the benefits for each sequence and just when you think you can’t do anymore, the class ends with a brief savasana…aahhhh.  Options are offered for varying fitness levels.

Wake and Warm Pilates

Awaken with a smooth, mindful flow linking breath with movement. Slower paced transitions build flexibility, balance, and strength. Start the day feeling calm yet energized!

Functional Flow Yoga

This is a flow-styled class, designed to develop strength and support your body’s natural mobility (range of motion).  Each weekly class works on a unique combination of muscle groups and/or them.  You will focus on building strength, creating flexibility, and practicing balance while incorporating breath.  Options are always given for varying levels of skill. Functional Flow Monthly Schedule: 

1st Week of Month: Hips & Legs  

2nd Week: Core & Balance

3rd Week: Five-Pointed Star Flow

4th Week: Shoulder & Core
