Known as High Intensity Interval Training, is a training technique in which you go through quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This class is a full body workout that combines rigorous strength and cardio exercises to increase and improve endurance, muscle strength, cardiovascular health and overall fitness. This class gets and keeps your heart rate up for maximizing calorie burn.This class will challenge and have you sweating in no time!
Interval Strength Plus
A strength training class that uses weights and your own body weight to define and maximize your strength on the targeted major muscle groups of your body. This class alternates segments of cardio movement and strength training to give you a complete workout. Class finishes up with abdominals and stretching. This class is for everyone!
Strength training class using barbells, dumbbells, platform, your body weight and so much more to hit all muscle groups. Expert coaching and motivating music will guide you through functional and integrated exercises. We want to keep you guessing – and challenge you differently in every class!
Lift & Tone
This class will get your blood flowing with resistance work using your body weight, bands, weights and more. You will build and tone not only a strong core, but will see improvements from your shoulders to your hips, and will improve your athletic performance.
High energy cycle class! All levels can participate by following the instructor, or going at your own pace, adjusting your bike's resistance and modifying as you ride. Our certified instructors will help you set up your bike to make sure you are as comfortable as can be. Please sign in when you arrive for this class as it is offered on a first come first serve basis.
