​EVERY class at Powerhouse Gym is modifiable for ALL fitness levels!Please let your instructor know prior to class if you have an injury or need modifications, and we’ll be happy to help you adjust your workout to keep you moving safely.
BODY BURN EXPRESS
This class will work your entire body using weights, exercise balls, and weight plates, with a special focus on those abs and glutes. Expect targeted moves, upbeat energy, and results you’ll definitely feel. You’ll be amazed at what your body can do!

BUNS & GUNS
Buns & Guns is all about defining muscle and blasting fat with a mix of upper and lower body strength training. We alternate between legs and arms, throw in some heart-pumping cardio, and encourage starting with heavier weights. Start strong, go big, and adjust as you go. This class is fun and fierce, and is guaranteed to leave you flexing and feeling it in your buns, guns, and more!

CYCLE THERAPY
This isn’t just a workout - it’s therapy on a bike. Cycle Therapy brings the energy with heart pumping sprints, fat-blasting Tabatas, and even upper body weights mixed into some of the classes. You’ll be doing all the fun moves you can do on two wheels, set to an upbeat playlist of awesome music and surprise themes to keep things fresh! This class is your ultimate early morning vibe. The class wraps up with a powerful quote to set the tone for the best day of the week. You’ll sweat, smile, and leave feeling unstoppable.
All levels can participate by following the instructor, or going at your own pace, adjusting your bike's resistance and modifying as you ride. Our certified instructors will help you set up your bike to make sure you are as comfortable as can be. Please sign in when you arrive as the spin classes are offered on a first come first served basis.

HOLY HIIT
This high-intensity interval class mixes heart-pumping cardio with strength training using steps, handheld weights, and motivating music. The perfect total-body burn, that’ll leave you breathless (in the best way). Come ready to move, lift, and crush it!

LATIN DANCE FIT
A fun, high-energy cardio party, blending various Latin genres. Join us in a non-judgemental environment, where inhibitions are left at the door. Embrace the joy of dance, work at your own pace, and remember…’there are no mistakes, only unexpected solos!’

LIFT & TONE
Ready to fire up your entire body? Lift & Tone blends resistance training with bodyweight moves, bands, free weights, and more to build strength and definition from your shoulders to your hips, This class is all about controlled, effective movement that sculpts your core, boosts your stability, and enhances athletic performance. Expect sweat, strength, and serious results, all in one empowering session!

POWER CYCLE
This isn’t your average ride, it’s a full-body party on a bike! Get ready for high energy choreography, with sprints, push-ups, and all the fun moves you love, set to throwbacks and remixed hits that’ll have you singing along. You’ll be so caught up in the music and movement, you won’t even realize how hard you’re working. It’s cardio, rhythm, and full-body fun on a bike! All levels can participate by following the instructor, or going at your own pace, adjusting your bike's resistance and modifying as you ride. Our certified instructors will help you set up your bike to make sure you are as comfortable as can be. POWER REPS
Get ready to rep it out to the rhythm! Power Reps is a choreographed strength class set to fun, remixed songs - think throwbacks you have to sing along to. Using barbells, dumbbells, bands, balls, and whatever fun props pop up, you’ll work your entire body from head to toe - standing, lying down, and everything in between. It’s sweaty, it’s sculpting, it’s a surprise every time. So fun, you won’t realize how hard you crushed it… until the next day!

POWER UP
Turn up the volume and bring the heat in this full-body strength class! Power Up is all about building muscle, boosting endurance, and feeling strong. Using barbells, dumbbells, and bodyweight moves, you’ll squat, press, curl, and lift to energizing beats that keep you pumped from start to finish. Every class is designed to challenge all major muscle groups. Let’s lift, move with purpose, and leave feeling unstoppable!

STRENGTH EXPRESS
Your go-to full-body workout packed into one powerful session. Set to upbeat, motivating music, you’ll lift, lunge, squat, and sculpt using a mix of equipment like handheld weights, steps, tubes, and balls. Every class hits all the major muscle groups - fun and effective. Get in and get strong!

SUNSET CYCLE
Ride into the evening with rhythm and resistance, in this fun, high-energy spin class set to upbeat remixes and throwback jams that make you want to move. As the sun sets behind you, you’ll sprint, sweat, and vibe through choreographed moves on the bike - plus a couple of weight routines to tone up while you turn up. It’s the perfect end-of-day boost that’ll leave you glowing, energized, and ready to take on the night.

Kick off your weekend with a bang in this 1 full hour of strength training that’ll build muscle,boost confidence, and leave you seriously pumped. Using steps, weighted bars, and handheld weights, you’ll sculpt all major muscle groups to the beat of fun, motivating music. Whether you’re lifting heavy, or coming for that post-workout glow, this class is your Saturday morning power move. Come for the pump, stay for the vibes!

ZUMBA
Join the party! This is a Latin-inspired, easy-to-follow, calorie-burning dance fitness party that feels more like fun than fitness. With upbeat rhythms, spicy choreography, and feel-good energy, you’ll be shaking, skimming, and smiling your way through every song. Whether you’re a dance floor regular or just getting started, this class is perfect for all fitness levels. Come for the moves, stay for the vibes - let’s dance!
