Spinning Class
Abs and More

In this 30-minute class a strong core, from your shoulders to your hips, will improve your athletic performance, will help prevent back pain and give you ripped abs! Expert coaching and motivating music will guide you through functional and integrated exercises using your body weight, weight plates, a towel and a platform. This extended class is a great add-on before or after another group fitness class.

Butts and Guts

A 30-minute class for strengthening your abs and glutes with targeted movements.

Body Blast

We want to keep you guessing – and challenge you differently in every class! Workouts are designed to improve your overall fitness – strength, cardio, flexibility, agility and endurance! You’ll use body weight, dumbells, bands, along with a variety of other equipment to work your full body in the bootcamp style class.

Core and More

You will be amazed at the changes you’ll make to your body by participating in this class. Weights and bands are used to complete this full body workout.

Fight

Group Fight™ is a gripping hour that burns a ton of calories and builds total body strength. Tap into the hottest mixed martial arts movements done at a rapid-fire pace to smash your cardio fitness! From the boxing ring to the fighting cage, Group Fight combines cutting-edge moves with thrilling music. This electric experience is addictive! FIGHT FOR IT!

Full Body Burn

Strength training class using barbells and body weight hitting all muscle groups. This class is for everyone!

Getting Pumped (for the Weekend)

This class will get your blood flowing with resistance work using your body weight, bands and weights.

HIIT

Known as High Intensity Interval Training, is a training technique in which you go through quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.  This class is a full body workout that combines rigorous strength and cardio exercises to increase and improve endurance, muscle strength, cardiovascular health and overall fitness. This class gets and keeps your heart rate up for maximizing calorie burn. It is a 45-minute class that will challenge and have you sweating in no time!

Interval Training

This class alternates segments of cardio movement and strength training to give you a complete workout, class finishes up with abdominals and stretching.

Muscle Mix

A strength training class that uses weights, barbells, and your own body to define and maximize you’re your strength on the targeted major muscle groups of your body.

POUND

Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and  welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities.

Spin

High energy cycle class! All levels can participate by adjusting the bikes resistance at your own pace and our certified instructors will help you set up your bike to make sure you are as comfortable as can be. Please sign in when you arrive for this class as it is offered on a first come first serve basis.

XA Beat

You will sculpt your body and burn calories while having a total blast! It feels like a party and not a workout! The majority of the music is popular American songs that you know and love… so you will get into it and burn more calories!

Zumba

Latin-inspired, easy to follow, calorie burning dance fitness party! Fun for all levels of fitness!
